This is a soluble powder - not a tablet - so is suitable for most machines.
Old coffee oils and residues on your equipment will taint the flavour of your fresh cup of coffee. Most manufacturers recommend that you clean your machine once every 90 to 180 cups.
Note also that cleaning is not the same thing as descaling. Descaling refers to removing mineral deposits that are left inside your heating system from the water and cleaning refers to the removal of coffee deposits from the brewing lines. You must do both things to maintain your machine. We sell both descaling products and cleaning products.
